I aim to get parcels made up and
dispatched within two working days, as the Lampwork
Beads are hand-crafted it is never copied exactly so if
an item is out of stock we will refund as soon as
possible.
Collections from 'The
Bead Shed' can be arranged, we can have your order
made up ready, just let us know when ordering when you
would like to collect.
Returns
I want customers to be happy with
their purchases and to return, therefore I am happy to
offer a no quibble returns policy on all items, simply
pop them back in the post to me (recorded delivery) in
the same condition you received them in and I will issue
a refund / exchange on their safe return.
Commissions
I try very hard NOT to take
commissions, occasionally I can be 'talked round' but I
find I do not respond very well to the pressure of time
and colour constraints.
I much prefer to make each piece
with love, and enjoy doing it, and you will know that
you have an unique, probably never to be repeated, piece
for you to treasure.
